For successful project management the quality process must be integrated into all phases of the project.

Feasibility study
At the stage of preliminary studies quality control will be set around the statement of the objectives of the project and also concern an assessment of the customer expectations. Quality control will also ensure that all solutions provided are coherent at any state whether it is the preliminary state or at the definition of the expectations.
Implementation stage
Quality control will revolve around the methodology used and investigate whether the project is being carried out according to specifications.
Testing stage
At the test stage it is important to make sure that the applications delivered matches the requirements of the clients.
Control
There should be an adequate control system set up to make sure that everything goes smoothly. The test should be adapted to the particular project.
Reproduction of test sample
During the test phase, it is important to repeat some tests at random by another person to limit the risk of error.
Monitoring remedial actions
Problems detected during the test phases should call for corrections in the process. It is important that that new tests be carried out to make sure that the corrections really work.
